Alice DX Studio is a solution accelerator machine learning deployment platform for Hitachi’s Data Science and Solutions Delivery team to deploy machine learning systems that democratizes machine learning and makes scaling AI to meet the needs of business during the proof of concept, proof of value and pilot phases. Repair Recommendation API

This Solution Core helps vehicle service technicians by recommending a course of repair actions based on inputs such as vehicle fault codes.The solution core takes as input the natural language complaints in text, equipment information (e.g. model of the equipment), equipment events (e.g. fault codes in automobiles) to build an advanced analytical algorithm.The algorithm provides repair recommendations once the latest vehicle event data is given as the input.
